BROADSIMS Inc. is an AI-Enabled Edge Medical Platform Company delivering an integrated Platform Development Kit (PDK) designed for next-generation clinical and research applications. The PDK is not only a certified medical device for direct physiological measurement, but also serves as a gateway that connects, aggregates, and synchronizes data from multiple medical devices into a unified platform.

One Platform for Multi-Parameter Diagnostics

Through this architecture, the PDK enables multi-parameter diagnostics within a single platform, supporting modalities such as 12-lead ECG, EEG, SpO₂, non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP), ultrasound, fundus photography, and endoscopy.

Enabling Telehealth and Remote Care

Additional peripheral capabilities, including an integrated camera, speaker, and microphone, support a wide range of telehealth and remote care applications.

Raw Data Access and AI-Edge Computing

The PDK provides full access to raw data both within the device—to support on-device application and algorithm development—and externally to hospital private clouds, enabling advanced analytics such as adverse event prediction and operational efficiency optimization. With an integrated GPU, the PDK supports AI-edge computing, allowing algorithms to run locally with low latency and high reliability.

Designed for Interoperable Digital Health

Designed and engineered in Taiwan, BROADSIMS® combines high-quality medical technology with internationally aligned digital health standards to improve interoperability across medical devices, healthcare information systems, and clinical applications. Through engagement with the global digital health ecosystem, including HIMSS-related initiatives and collaborations, BROADSIMS aims to enable more connected and data-driven healthcare environments.

TeleTouch T320 and Open PDK

The fixed version of the PDK, the TeleTouch T320 series, has obtained regulatory clearance in Taiwan, Indonesia, and Thailand, with regulatory review underway for the EU MDR and U.S. FDA markets. It is deployed across hospital wards, emergency departments, ambulances, and Hospital-at-Home settings. Open versions of the PDK further empower hospitals and research institutions to develop new innovations, clinical workflows, algorithms, and AI-enabled applications.

Received the 19th National Innovation Award for a “Wireless sleep EEG‑driven pre‑ and post‑awakening light intervention system for improving alertness and balance”.

Received the 17th National Innovation Award for the AVS® Automated Medical Device Testing Solution.


2019

Established Houston subsidiary.
Held a series of seminars on wearable device verified automation in China.
